Location rental fees cover a 10-hour period between 10 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (Friday and Saturday until 11:30 p.m.). Of the 10 hours, 5-1/2 hours shall be the event period (when guests arrive and depart), 3-1/2 hours are for set-up and 1 hour is for clean up.

Fees include use of:
Lobby, Main Salon, Moorish Room, Turkish Room, Sunroom, and Ballroom, as well as the Gardens. Also included in the rate is up to twenty 60" round banquet tables and 200 gold chiavari chairs (for interior use only).

2009 Fees

Fridays: $4,000.00 until 11:30pm

Saturdays: $5,950.00 until 11:30pm

Sundays: $4,250.00 until 10:00pm

Weekdays: $2,750.00 until 10:00pm

December Weekdays: $3,000.00 until 10:00pm

2010 Fees

Fridays: $4,250.00 until 11:30pm

Saturdays: $5,950.00 until 11:30pm

Sundays: $4,500.00 until 10:00pm

Weekdays: $2,750.00 until 10:00pm

December Weekdays: $3,200.00 until 10:00pm

Special Wedding Ceremony-Only and Commitment Ceremony fees are available for a maximum 3 hour time period starting at $1500 to be paid along with a $500 deposit.

Photo Shoots starting at $500.00.

All prices are subject to change without notice. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. 50% of the location fee and the security deposit is required to book a date. Food and Drinks

All food and drinks served at the Dark Castle must be provided by one of our preferred caterers. Outside caterers can be used for an additional fee.
