The Restraining Order

On the evening of May 31, 2018, Pasadena police officer Donald Sevesind (#7791) came to the door of my Castle apartment, #402, where I have owned and lived for over a decade. My girlfriend Dianne answered; I was at work. At first, I laughed it off. I thought it was because of an overly reactive neighbor.

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that it was a member of our own HOA Board who called the cops.

After intimidation with the Pasadena PD only made tensions worse, the HOA Board escalated things even further...

... The court transcript is online, as is Randy's final email to us.

Amid all the perjury and false allegations, this one disturbs me the most:

"His prior girlfriend reached out to other neighbors after he hit her and threw her out of the apartment, and she had to stay on another resident's couch so that she could avoid returning to the abusive situation."

—The Castle Green HOA

Is this what Colleen and Richard think of me? That I'm a wife-beater?
