The month of July passes and nothing happens. Mr. Strand attended the regular Board meeting on the 15th.

The Lending Library had been pushed to the end of a previous Board meeting, and then off the Agenda entirely. Mr. Strand gave up on having it returned to its home in the laundry room. No one cared about the books but him.
