Security
The Board will not generally make security footage available directly to Association Members or others, and will instead make it available to police upon request. These restrictions, which we hope to develop, formalize and incorporate into our rules, are meant to ensure everyone can be confident that the cameras are used only for the security of the building, its owners, and its residents.
However, if anyone vandalizes a life-size cardboard cutout of another resident—which has been there in the laundry room for months (by drawing a mustache or devil horns, for example)—security footage will be scanned to find the perpetrator.
